This year The Celebrating Small Town America Festival will be conducting a photo contest.
Submit your pet's photograph for a chance to win a professional photoshoot of your favorite pet!
Paws. Camera. Action! The Celebrating Small Town America Steering Committee is hosting a photo contest to help raise money for the Hampton County Animal Shelter. All fees will go to the Hampton County Animal Shelter to help fund food, care, and second chances for the shelter animals waiting to find their FURever home. Be a hero and save a life!

- Only one animal per submission.
- Forward a copy of your receipt, along with a photo and name of your furry friend, and your contact information to smalltownfest2024@gmail.com
- At the end of the submission period, all photographs will be submitted to the public for voting. Look at our Facebook Page-- Celebrating Small Town America Festival- Varnville beginning September 9th for voting.
- The Celebrating Small Town America Festival Steering Committee will decide upon a winner if there is a tie between contestants.
- The winner will be announced at the Small Town America Festival on September 26, 2026.
